Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los mecanismos de activaci\u00f3n de la map quinasa (mapk) por el receptor de trh se han estudiado tanto en las c\u00e9lulas adenohipofisarias que contienen dicho receptor, como en el sistema modelo constitu\u00eddo por las c\u00e9lulas cos-7 transfectadas transitoriamente con el receptor m\u00e1s la quinasa etiquetada con el ep\u00edtopo ha.  a pesar de que el efecto hormonal es mediado por una prote\u00edna g insensible a las toxinas del c\u00f3lera y pert\u00fasica, probablemente la gq\/11, la activaci\u00f3n de la quinasa es tan s\u00f3lo parcialmente dependiente de la prote\u00edn quinasa c (pkc). Nuestros resultados demuestran por primera vez que, contrariamente a lo supuesto hasta ahora, la fracci\u00f3n pkc-independiente es mediada por d\u00edmeros beta de la prote\u00edna g. Un intermediario clave de esta segunda ruta, que coexiste pero es independiente de la mediada por la activaci\u00f3n de la pkc v\u00eda subunidades alfa de la prote\u00edna gq\/11, es la prote\u00edna p21ras.
