Isabel <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Hemos aislado y caracterizado el cdna de la anexinav de rat\u00f3n a partir de una genoteca de macr\u00f3fagos murinos. Su secuencia nos ha permitido identificar dos nuevas secuencias en las bases de datos que hemos clasificado como anexinas v, en carpa y pez cebra. La secuencia de amino\u00e1cidos deducida de la de nucle\u00f3tidos del cdna de rat\u00f3n nos permiti\u00f3 su comparaci\u00f3n con la de otras especies en la que estaba descrita esta prote\u00edna y pudimos realizar un estudio filogen\u00e9tico de la subfamilia. Adem\u00e1s nos permiti\u00f3 calcular una tasa de cambio de amino\u00e1cidos de 0,04. Utilizando el cdna como sonda se aisl\u00f3 y caracteriz\u00f3 el gen correspondiente que abarca aproximadamente 50 kb del genoma del rat\u00f3n y est\u00e1 formado por 14 exones y 13 intrones. El ex\u00f3n 1(no codificante) se presenta en dos formas alternativas que llevan asociados dos promotores con caracter\u00edsticas distintas: uno con caja tata y otro sin ella, con un alto contenido en g+c y con varios posibles sitios de uni\u00f3n para el factor de transcripci\u00f3n sp1. Adem\u00e1s en el intr\u00f3n 4 se localiz\u00f3 un retrovirus end\u00f3geno muerv-l. Por otra parte, se purific\u00f3 la prote\u00edna humana recombinante y se utiliz\u00f3 como ant\u00edgeno en ensayos elisa con sueros de pacientes con artritis reumatoide.
