Nieves <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El desarrollo de biosensores \u00f3pticos en medios no-acuosos ofrece un extraordinario potencial anal\u00edtico en el campo de la salud y el medioambiente.  en esta tesis doctoral se desarrolla la b\u00fasqueda y la optimizaci\u00f3n de nuevos transductores \u00f3pticos luminiscentes (fluorescentes y\/o fosforescentes) para ox\u00edgeno activos en medios no-acuosos, empleando complejos met\u00e1licos y colorantes luminiscentes como indicadores. Al mismo tiempo, se estudian sistemas enzim\u00e1ticos oxidasas (alcohol oxidasa, tirosinasa) en medios no acuosos (mezclas gaseosas, medios org\u00e1nicos).
