Felisa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha sintetizado, purificado y caracterizado una serie de complejos denominados bamets (h2, r1, r2 y ud2) a partir de tetracloroplatinato s\u00f3dico, cisplatino y glicocolato s\u00f3dico, \u00e1c. Ursodesoxic\u00f3lico. Se ha investigado el efecto de par\u00e1metros como tiempo, temperatura, concentraci\u00f3n y ph. Ha sido necesaria la puesta a punto de t\u00e9cnicas de extracci\u00f3n y cromatogr\u00e1ficas (tlc y hplc) consiguiendo una pureza superior al 95%. La caracterizaci\u00f3n se ha llevado a cabo mediante: ae, ir, rmn, em. Los resultados han permitido proponer como estructuras m\u00e1s probables (todas con una geometr\u00eda de \u00edndice de coordinaci\u00f3n cuatro, planar-cuadrada) las siguientes:  bamet-h2 es un complejo ani\u00f3nico con dos ligandos glicocolato (uno monodentado y otro bidentado) y un cloro, el resto de los complejos son neutros, con dos ligandos aminos en \u00abcis\u00bb y con ligandos monodentados o un ligando cloro. Se ha realizado el estudio cin\u00e9tico en soluci\u00f3n acuosa y en presencia de nac1 4mm, 150mm y 500mm, mediante los espectros electr\u00f3nicos en la zona del uv y las medidas de conductividad.
