En el primero de ellos se reproduce un modelo cl\u00e1sico de regeneraci\u00f3n nerviosa en c\u00e1mara tubular de silicona, confirm\u00e1ndose la secuencia de hechos descrita en la literatura. En un segundo modelo se administran en el entorno del paquete femoral triacetina y glicerol. Se obtienen resultados similares de degeneraci\u00f3n y regeneraci\u00f3n nerviosa. Sin embargo se evidencia formaci\u00f3n de colaterales exclusivamente en aquellas experiencias en las que se administr\u00f3 triacetina. Por \u00faltimo se realiza una experiencia acerca de la capacidad de crecimiento de un nervio perif\u00e9rico en el interior de la luz de la arteria femoral, pretratando o no el nervio crural con glicerol o triacetina. En aquellos animales en los que el trayecto nervioso o fue pretratado se obtiene crecimiento nervioso a lo largo de la luz vascular. Sin embargo, si el trayecto nervioso hab\u00eda sido pretratado s\u00f3lo se obtiene una intensa respuesta angiog\u00e9nica e inflamatoria con destrucci\u00f3n final del nervio y de la pared
