Cristo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Este trabajo se enmarca dentro de la l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n sobre \u00abtratamiento y reutilizaci\u00f3n de aguas residuales\u00bb del dpto. De ingenier\u00eda qu\u00edmica y t.F. De la universidad de la leguna. En esta investigaci\u00f3n se lleva a cabo un estudio de la evoluci\u00f3n del agua residual depurada, procedente de la estaci\u00f3n depuradora de aguas residuales de s\/c de tenerife, en la balsa de san isidro, de 10 m de profundidad y con 50.000 m3 de capacidad, situada en el municipio de granadilla al sur de la isla de tenerife.  en la balsa de san isidro se ha realizado una campa\u00f1a de muestreo en el per\u00edodo comprendido entre diciembre de 1995 y abril de 1997, separado en tres etapas. Durante este per\u00edodo se han hecho medidas \u00abin situ\u00bb de temperatura, ox\u00edgeno disuelto, ph y conductividad. Asimismo, se han tomado muestras a diferentes profundidades para su posterior an\u00e1lisis en el laboratorio donde se determinan los siguientes par\u00e1metros: clorfila\/a, materia en suspensi\u00f3n (mes), demanda qu\u00edmica de ox\u00edgeno (dqo), amonio, nitrato, nitrito, fosfato, sulfato, sulfuro y coliformes fecales.  el estudio comprende el seguimiento de la evoluci\u00f3n del agua almacenada en dicha balsa, en r\u00e9gimen discontinuo, despu\u00e9s de un llenado en condiciones controladas, en diferentes estaciones del a\u00f1o.
