Auxiliadora <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha reconstruido el consumo alimentario espa\u00f1ol para los a\u00f1os 1940- 1988 a partir de la estimacion de las disponibilidades alimentarias utilizando la tecnica de hoja de balance segun metodolog\u00eda estandar ce.
