los grados de los polinomios que aparecen en la identidad de b\u00e9zout que se tiene para sistemas inconsistentes como afirmado por el teorema de los ceros o nullstellensatz.  para dicho estudio se introducen nuevas invariantes intr\u00ednsecas asociadas a la naturaleza geom\u00e9trica y diof\u00e1ntica del objeto que permitan una mejor interpretaci\u00f3n sem\u00e1ntica del problema que las acotaciones anteriormente obtenidas a partir de los par\u00e1metros de una representaci\u00f3n puramente sint\u00e1ctica.  se dan dos resultados principales donde se demuestra que, tanto la complejidad del proceso de divisi\u00f3n implicado de la identidad de b\u00e9zout, como la altura de los polinomios que aparecen en el mismo, se pueden acotar por cantidades polinomiales en todos los par\u00e1metros involucrados, tanto sint\u00e1cticos como sem\u00e1nticos.  cabe destacar, que es la primera vez que se obtiene un nullstellensatz aritm\u00e9tico con cotas polinomiales en las
