La uni\u00f3n entre el resto de clorambucilo y el az\u00facar transportador ha consistido en la formaci\u00f3n de enlaces \u00e9ster y amidas. Se ha variado el balance hidr\u00f3filo lip\u00f3filo del conjunto f\u00e1rmaco-transportador mediante la introducci\u00f3n de diferentes restos lip\u00f3filos en el az\u00facar.  se han realizado ensayos biol\u00f3gicos \u00abin vitro\u00bb a algunas de las sustancias sintetizadas en los que hemos estudiado la citotoxicidad y la inhibici\u00f3n del crecimiento que causan estos compuestos sobre tres l\u00edneas celulares, dos tumorales y una no tumoral, obteni\u00e9ndose resultados alentadores que nos animan a continuar con los ensayos \u00abin vitro\u00bb para todos los compuestos
