{"id":35448,"date":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/evaluacion-de-parametros-de-calidad-de-la-semilla-en-cicer-arietinum-l\/"},"modified":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"evaluacion-de-parametros-de-calidad-de-la-semilla-en-cicer-arietinum-l","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/evaluacion-de-parametros-de-calidad-de-la-semilla-en-cicer-arietinum-l\/","title":{"rendered":"Evaluacion de parametros de calidad de la semilla en cicer arietinum l."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Diego Jes\u00fas Luna Moyano <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el trabajo de esta tesis se han evaluado 50 l\u00edneas de garbanzo (26 kabuli y 24 desi) para determinar: prote\u00edna, nitr\u00f3geno no proteico, grasa, \u00e1cidos grasos, fibra \u00e1cido detergente, fibra neutro detergente y az\u00facares solubles totales.  para su determinaci\u00f3n se han empleado m\u00e9todos oficiales de an\u00e1lisis y posteriormente se han obtenido sus calibraciones mediante la t\u00e9cnica nirs, ya que entre los objetivos de este trabajo se encuentran los de estudiar las posibilidades de empleo de esta t\u00e9cnica para determinar componentes de calidad nutritiva en semilla de garbanzo.  los resultados de las calibraciones y validaciones son bastante aceptables, encontr\u00e1ndose casos como el \u00e1cido oleicolinoleico y az\u00facares solubles totales que es la primera vez que se obtienen datos de su determinaci\u00f3n en harina de garbanzo mediante la t\u00e9cnica nirs. Las variaciones encontradas en nuestros resultados para cada uno de los par\u00e1metros estudiados, salvo en el caso de prote\u00edna que ha tenido una dependencia ambiental, han sido de tipo gen\u00e9tico, siendo la heredabilidad m\u00e1s acentuada en el tipo desi debido a que este grupo ha presentado mayor variabilidad para la mayor\u00eda de los caracteres que el grupo
