Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Con la metodolog\u00eda desarrollada en esta tesis se confirma la utilidad de la novedosa estrategia de umpolung de formaldeh\u00eddo basada en la formaci\u00f3n de sus dialquilhidrazonas. El marcado car\u00e1cter de aza-enamina de estos compuestos permite su utilizaci\u00f3n como sintones d1 en el contexto de sus adiciones a diversos compuestos carbon\u00edlicos, incluyendo aldeh\u00eddos simples, alfa-alcoxialdeh\u00eddos y trifluorometilcetonas. Constituye, adem\u00e1s, una metodolog\u00eda adecuada para la homologaci\u00f3n estereoespec\u00edfica de derivados de carbohidratos, que incluye la s\u00edntesis de alfa-alcoxialdeh\u00eddos, derivados de alditoles y cianohidrinas libres y protegidas.
