A pesar de ello, existen algunos que por su propia naturaleza tienen un impacto mucho m\u00e1s directo sobre el servicio ofrecido. Hacemos referencia, entre otros, a los de log\u00edstica, dise\u00f1o, investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo o reclamaciones. Ser\u00e1 este \u00faltimo el objeto de nuestra tesis. Entre las principales aportaciones de la investigaci\u00f3n destacan el programa que proponemos para mejorar la gesti\u00f3n de las reclamaciones en la empresa, la identificaci\u00f3n de una escala de medici\u00f3n sobre el nivel de gesti\u00f3n desarrollado en la materia y el establecimiento de algunas caracter\u00edsticas organizativas b\u00e1sicas (relativas a la estructura, estrategia, aptitudes, sistemas, estilo, personal y valores compartido de la empresa) que facilitan la adecuada implantaci\u00f3n y desarrollo del programa mencionado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
