{"id":35501,"date":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/sintesis-estereoselectiva-de-alfaalfa-dialquil-oxepanos\/"},"modified":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"sintesis-estereoselectiva-de-alfaalfa-dialquil-oxepanos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/sintesis-estereoselectiva-de-alfaalfa-dialquil-oxepanos\/","title":{"rendered":"Sintesis estereoselectiva de alfa,alfa dialquil oxepanos."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Suarez Rodriguez Pastrana Candelaria <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dentro de la b\u00fasqueda de nuevas metodolog\u00edas de aplicaci\u00f3n convergente para la s\u00edntesis de poli\u00e9teres de origen marino transfusionados, se estudian en esta tesis modelos m\u00e1s sencillos donde ensayar procesos sint\u00e9ticos quimio, regio y estereoselectivos que conduzcan poli\u00e9teres orto-condesados conteniendo anillos de oxano, oxepano y osocano, con alternancia r,s de los centros estereog\u00e9nicos, es decir, con configuraci\u00f3n trans, sin, trans&#8230; Las dos aproximaciones sint\u00e9ticas estudiadas, que se presentan en dos cap\u00edtulos diferenciados, tienen como objetivo com\u00fan llegar a trav\u00e9s del menor n\u00famero de pasos posibles al producto final, procurando que en un solo paso de reacci\u00f3n tenga lugar una importante transformaci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica, por un lado la conversi\u00f3n de espirociclos a poli\u00e9teres orto-condensado, y por otro la transformaci\u00f3n de carbohidratos a \u00e9teres c\u00edclicos altamente funcionalizados, en ambos casos, con buen esterocontrol de los centros estereog\u00e9nicos presentes.  en el caso de los modelos espiroc\u00edclicos la experimentaci\u00f3n realizada demuestra que es una buena aproximaci\u00f3n en la s\u00edntesis de modelos sencillos, pero que al complicarse el tama\u00f1o de los sustratos la ciclaci\u00f3n no ocurre pudiendo explicarse las divergencias observadas mediante propuestas mecan\u00edsticas basadas en la qu\u00edmica de los espirociclos y la estabilidad o reactividad de los intermedios oxocarb\u00e9nicos que se generan en los procesos, en condiciones cin\u00e9ticas y term\u00f3dinamicas. El trabajo con los carbohidratos, es adem\u00e1s un desaf\u00edo sint\u00e9tico donde se estudia la viabilidad de ciertas funcionalidades org\u00e1nicas y procesos sint\u00e9ticos, que se culmina con
