Jose <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n desarrollado y presentado en esta tesis doctoral ha estado dirigido a la comprensi\u00f3n y profundizaci\u00f3n de las bases moleculares de los procesos de reconocimiento molecular en las interacciones entre biomol\u00e9culas (prote\u00ednas y fragmentos de adn) y entre \u00e9stas y ligandos de menor tama\u00f1o pero con propiedades farmacol\u00f3gicas. Las aportaciones originales han estado dirigidas al: i) perfeccionamiento de la metodolog\u00eda para la determinaci\u00f3n de la estructura de biomacromol\u00e9culas en disoluci\u00f3n mediante rmn multidimensional homo y heteronuclear; ii) an\u00e1lisis detallado de la influencia de los par\u00e1metros conformacionales a nivel local-\u00e1ngulos diedros- en el c\u00e1lculo detallado de las estructuras tridimensionales de biopol\u00edmeros; y iii) demostraci\u00f3n del papel fundamental de la din\u00e1mica intra e intermolecular, tanto para la determinaci\u00f3n precisa, a nivel at\u00f3mico, de la configuraci\u00f3n tridimensional de prote\u00ednas y fragmentos de adn aislados, como formando parte de complejos con otras biomol\u00e9culas o con f\u00e1rmacos. Espec\u00edficamente, se ha demostrado de forma experimental la necesidad de la ampliaci\u00f3n del binomio relaci\u00f3n estructura- actividad a estructura\/din\u00e1mica-actividad.
