En los segmentos arteriales la vasopresina produjo una contracci\u00f3n dependiente de la concentraci\u00f3n e independiente de la presencia o ausencia de endotelio.  el antagonista de los receptores v1 (d(ch2)5 tyr (me) avp) 10-8 y 10-6 m) produjo un desplazamiento a la derecha de la curva control. La vasopresina potenci\u00f3 los efectos contractiles a la noradrenalina y al kcl. Esta potenciaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 mediada por receptores v1 y es independiente del endotelio.  la presencia en el ba\u00f1o de nifedipina (10-6m) inhibi\u00f3 la potenciaci\u00f3n de la vasopresina tanto sobre la respuesta a la noradrenalina como al kcl.  estos resultados indican que la vasopresina es un constrictor directo sobre arterias renales humanas por estimulo de receptores v1. La potenciaci\u00f3n de la vasopresina sobre la noradrenalina y el kc1 se debe a la activaci\u00f3n de los receptores v1 y es independiente del endotelio. Posiblemente la potenciaci\u00f3n se produce por facilitar la entrada de calcio extracelular a traves de canales sensibles a dihidropiridinas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
