La diferencia m\u00e1s significativa entre estas l\u00edneas celulares es la concentraci\u00f3n intracelular de glutati\u00f3n, superior en las c\u00e9lulas resistentes. Se selecciona el sistema glutati\u00f3n y enzimas con \u00e9l relacionadas (como la glutati\u00f3n-s-transferasa) para modular la resistencia al cisplatino en estas c\u00e9lulas. Este sistema participa en la metabolizaci\u00f3n del cisplatino y su inhibici\u00f3n ayudar\u00eda a superar esta resistencia. Y despu\u00e9s se intenta superar la farmacorresistencia, utilizando un modelo experimental compuesto por tres l\u00edneas celulares, igrovi, igrovi\/pt1 (l\u00ednea con resistencia adquirida) y skov3 (l\u00ednea con resistencia intr\u00ednseca). Para superar la farmacorresistencia al cisplatino primero se combina con otro antineopl\u00e1sico y en segundo lugar se combina con un f\u00e1rmaco carente de actividad antineopl\u00e1sica (\u00e1cido etacr\u00ednico, agente diur\u00e9tico cuyo mecanismo de acci\u00f3n es unirse al enzima glutati\u00f3n-s- transferasa inactiv\u00e1ndola).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
