En el planteamiento del trabajo se ha tenido en cuenta el inter\u00e9s que, bajo el punto de vista econ\u00f3mico, tiene la goma de garrof\u00edn en la comunidad Valenciana; aqu\u00ed se obtiene alrededor del 75% del total mundial de ella. El trabajo ha consistido en el estudio y cuantificaci\u00f3n de la sinerg\u00eda viscosa que se produce al formular, conjuntamente, la goma de garrof\u00edn con otros biopol\u00edmeros y ha sido realizado a partir de las definiciones de unos par\u00e1metros, que hemos denominado los \u00edndices de sinerg\u00eda viscosa, de sinerg\u00eda m\u00e1xima, sinerg\u00eda media y de consistencia. Se han cuantificado los \u00edndices de sinerg\u00eda viscosa m\u00e1xima y se han obtenido los valores: (179;22.0) para el sistema g+x, (282;20.2) para el sistema g+k y (9.83;6.08) para el sistema g+ .  en el primer caso, el intervalo de relaciones de concentraci\u00f3n entre las gomas es (3.46;1.46) para g+x, y en los otros dos casos los m\u00e1ximos se presentan para 1.32 en g+k y 0.560 en g+  . La presencia del aditivo i\u00f3nico cmc-na origina una disminuci\u00f3n de la sinerg\u00eda viscosa, as\u00ed como un decrecimiento de los valores de las relaciones de
