En la misma se ha determinado la dependencia con la presi\u00f3n de la constante diel\u00e9ctrica est\u00e1tica perpendicular hasta 3 gpa para el gas, el gase y el inse. Por otro lado, en muestras de gase tipo p se ha observado un aumento de la concentraci\u00f3n de huecos con la presi\u00f3n. Este aumento ha sido relacionado con el descenso de la energ\u00eda de ionizaci\u00f3n de los aceptores. En muestras de inse tipo n, se ha observado que aquellas dopadas con sn y si presentan comportamientos diferentes en sus par\u00e1metros de transporte. Estas diferencias han sido explicadas considerando la presencia de electrones 2d y 3d. En las muestras dopadas con sn se ha observado una r\u00e1pida disminuci\u00f3n de la concentraci\u00f3n de portadores por encima de 1 gpa. Este fen\u00f3meno fue relacionado con la presencia de un nivel profundo asociado a un m\u00ednimo subsidiario de la banda de conducci\u00f3n que se desplaza hacia menores energ\u00edas con la presi\u00f3n. La presencia de este nivel se verifico mediante medidas de presi\u00f3n y temperatura.  finalmente, a partir de los espectros de absorci\u00f3n de muestrasde ingase, con distintas proporciones de ga,
