Se ha demostrado que \u00e9stas son capaces de activar las lipasas a concentraci\u00f3n submicelar, proponi\u00e9ndose un modelo de activaci\u00f3n en el que se generan estados conformacionales m\u00e1s activos.  por otro lado se ha explorado la estrategia de atrapamiento de conf\u00f3rmeros en presencia de interfases en lipasas de diferente origen. Se ha demostrado la generaci\u00f3n durante la estrategia de formas conformacionales m\u00e1s abiertas, que son capaces de llevar las reacciones ensayadas con mayores velocidades de reacci\u00f3n.  las lipasas activadas son capaces de llevar a cabo la reacci\u00f3n con mejoras en la actividad enzim\u00e1tica de hasta tres \u00f3rdenes de magnitud con respecto a las lipasas no activadas, observ\u00e1ndose adem\u00e1s cambios en la selectividad de sustrato. Con la aplicaci\u00f3n de la estrategia se superan las dificultades que presentan las bio- transformaciones de inter\u00e9s biotecnol\u00f3gico llevadas a cabo en medios no
