Esta tesis propone un m\u00e9todo de un nivel, para cubiertas completas, y otro de dos niveles, para cubiertas parciales, para estimar la evapotranspiraci\u00f3n instant\u00e1nea y diaria, bas\u00e1ndose en el m\u00e9todo raz\u00f3n de bowen- balance de energ\u00eda. Para ello se define la raz\u00f3n de bowen radiativa, que permite calcular la partici\u00f3n entre el flujo de calor latente y el flujo de calor sensible. Este cociente se determina a partir de la temperatura radiativa de la cubierta junto con la temperatura y la presi\u00f3n de vapor del aire a una altura de referencia. Los m\u00e9todos propuestos se validaron mediante campa\u00f1as de medidas en superficie sobre diferentes cultivos (3 a\u00f1os). Para la estimaci\u00f3n regional del flujo de calor latente fueron necesarias im\u00e1genes de sat\u00e9lite que aportan informaci\u00f3n sobre temperatura radiativa y el albedo de las cubiertas.
