En este sentido, se ha recogido que la p\u00e9rdida de la actividad biol\u00f3gica de p53 es un acontecimiento que tiene lugar durante la progresi\u00f3n y desarrollo del cp humano. Adem\u00e1s, la p\u00e9rdida de la funci\u00f3n de p53 como freno molecular de la divisi\u00f3n celular, incrementa los \u00edndices proliferativos de los tumores portadores de una mutaci\u00f3n de p53, as\u00ed como la inestabilidad cromos\u00f3mica, confiriendo un fenotipo m\u00e1s agresivo.
