Se realizaron experimentos \u00abin vivo\u00bb en el conejo anestesiado, administrando la vp por v\u00edas intravenosa e intraarterial, en condiciones control y en presencia de un antagonista v1. Tambi\u00e9n se estudi\u00f3 la respuesta a la vp con bloqueo colin\u00e9rgico y con bloqueo conjunto colin\u00e9rgico y beta-adren\u00e9rgico.  conclusiones: 1) la vp ejerce una acci\u00f3n vasoconstrictora directa sobre los lechos estudiados, mediada por los receptores v1. 2) el lecho renal es el menos sensible y en el lecho renal ricci\u00f3n es menos potente.
