Despu\u00e9s de los diferentes tratamientos se demuestra la actividad antineopl\u00e1sica de este f\u00e1rmaco frente a este tipo celular, as\u00ed como la inducci\u00f3n de micron\u00facleos y de c\u00e9lulas binucleadas, siendo esta inducci\u00f3n dosis y tiempo dependiente.  mediante un estudio morfom\u00e9trico de las \u00e1reas de los micron\u00facleos se demuestra el efecto clastog\u00e9nico de este compuesto confirmando su alta afinidad por el adn.  posteriormente, con un estudio ultraestructural se demuestra el incremento que sufren estas c\u00e9lulas y la disminuci\u00f3n de la heterocromatina despu\u00e9s del tratamiento. Con t\u00e9cnicas de inmunomarcaje con oro coloidal se demuestra la presencia de la enzima formaldeh\u00eddo deshidrogenasa y su incremento despu\u00e9s de la administraci\u00f3n de carboplatino,
