{"id":35788,"date":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/preparacion-y-caracterizacion-de-capas-delgadas-de-inse-gase-crecidas-por-epita-xia-van-der-waals\/"},"modified":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"preparacion-y-caracterizacion-de-capas-delgadas-de-inse-gase-crecidas-por-epita-xia-van-der-waals","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/preparacion-y-caracterizacion-de-capas-delgadas-de-inse-gase-crecidas-por-epita-xia-van-der-waals\/","title":{"rendered":"Preparacion y caracterizacion de capas delgadas de inse\/gase crecidas por epita xia van der waals."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Juan  Francisco S\u00e1nchez Royo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo hemos analizado las propiedades de las capas de inse depositadas por epitaxia van der waals sobre substratos de gase, centr\u00e1ndonos en sus propiedades estructurales, \u00f3pticas y fotovoltaicas.  hemos analizado las propiedades estructurales de las capas de inse a partir de medidas de fotoemisi\u00f3n, leed y xrd, permiti\u00e9ndonos detectar la presencia de fases ajenas al inse, aunque con una concentraci\u00f3n muy inferior a la observada encapas preparadas por otros m\u00e9todos.  la presencia de defectos en las capas explica que no se haya observado ninguna se\u00f1al del excit\u00f3n, ni a las temperaturas m\u00e1s bajas alcanzadas, en las medidas de electroabsorci\u00f3n que hemos realizado. El an\u00e1lisis de dichas medidas nos ha permitido la dependencia con la temperatura del gap y de la anchura de la transici\u00f3n, que resulta ser muy similar al que se observa en el material monocristalino.  medidas del frente del espectro fotovoltaico nos permiten analizar, de forma indirecta, el frente del coeficiente de absorci\u00f3n de las capas de inse. Los espectros resultantes son muy similares al que se observa en el material monocristalino, con un coeficiente de variaci\u00f3n lineal semejante en el rango de temperaturas abarcado.  aunque la presencia de los defectos impide la observaci\u00f3n del excit\u00f3n, los espectros obtenidos indican una notable mejor\u00eda de la calidad de las capas preparadas, en comparaci\u00f3n con los que se obtienen en capas preparadas por otros m\u00e9todos.  hemos analizado la caracter\u00edstica i (v) de los dispositivos creados a partir de las capas de inse. La eficiencia m\u00e1xima que se alcanza es del 0.6%. La presencia de los defectos en las capas provoca una disminuci\u00f3n de la longitud de difusi\u00f3n de los huecos que explica estos valores de la eficiencia. Sin embargo, son aceptables si tenemos en cuenta que el espesor m\u00e1ximo de las capas preparadas es de una micra.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
