En este trabajo de tesis doctoral, se han preparado complejos mono y doblemente metalados (cabeza-cola y cabeza-cabeza). Se demuestra la habilidad selectiva de estos catalizadores para la transferencia quimioselectiva y regioselectiva de carbeno en reacciones de transformaci\u00f3n de diazocompuestos. Se ha conseguido obtener compuestos ortometalados rodio (ii) enantiomericamente puros. Se ha estudiado su inducci\u00f3n asimetrica en reacciones intramoleculares de inserci\u00f3n c-h y ciclopropanaci\u00f3n.  se han obtenido fotoqu\u00edmicamente nuevos dimeros de rodio (ii)ortometalados con fosfina metalada y otra en ecuatorial.
