Buscamos la conexi\u00f3n entre una posible alteraci\u00f3n de los mecanismos implicados en la homeostasis del calcio y la hiperreactividad inespec\u00edfica en el bronquio humano aislado. Para ello utilizamos diversas herramientas farmacol\u00f3gicas cuyos mecanismos de acci\u00f3n est\u00e1n \u00edntimamente relacionados con estos mecanismos implicados con la homeostasis del calcio, y estudiamos el efecto que provocaban en las respuestas generadas por el bronquio humano in vitro frente a diversos espasm\u00f3genos (acetilcolina, histamina, kc1) y f\u00e1rmacos relajantes (teofilina, isoprenalina y levcromakalin). En cuanto a los espasm\u00f3genos se observ\u00f3 que la inhibici\u00f3n de la bomba na\/k y el intercambiador na\/ca disminuy\u00f3 las respuestas generadas, sin embargo, cuando se activ\u00f3 la proteincinasa c por acci\u00f3n del forbol 12,13-diacetato se aument\u00f3 significativamente las respuestas a acetilcolina y kc1. En los f\u00e1rmacos relajantes estudiados determinamos que su acci\u00f3n est\u00e1 relacionada con la activaci\u00f3n de la atpasa na\/k.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
