La sustituci\u00f3n se ha realizado mediante iones de magnesio, aluminio y calcio. La elecci\u00f3n de tales sustituciones se debe al particular efecto que tienen sobre las propiedades magn\u00e9ticas de estos materiales, mejor\u00e1ndolas en algunos casos. Se han elegido adem\u00e1s varios iones, ya que cada uno de ellos sustituye a los que ya existen en la estructura de la magnetita en diferentes condiciones, dependiendo de cual sea su carga y su preferencia por unas u otras posiciones dentro de esta estructura.  para ello se ha preparado un amplio conjunto de muestras con sustituciones de aluminio, magnesio y calcio, siguiendo los correspondientes diagramas de fase y se han obtenido sus espectros de desacomodaci\u00f3n magn\u00e9tica isocrona. Junto con estos resultados se presenta una revisi\u00f3n te\u00f3rica de los fen\u00f3menos de after-effect realizandose algunas aportaciones al respecto y algunos algoritmos y expresiones cerradas
