term\u00f3tropos basados en complejos de cobre (i), plata (i) y oro (i) con isocianuros, con el objetivo de profundizar en las relaciones estructura-propiedades mes\u00f3genas, para dise\u00f1ar y preparar nuevos cristales l\u00edquidos.  los compuestos preparados se pueden agrupar en los tipos siguientes: 1) complejos de oro con bifenilisocianuros (aux(cnc6h4c6h4ocnh2n+1) (x=cl,br,i,cn,scn); 2) derivados mononucleares de cobre (cux(cnr)) (x=cl, br; r= c6h4c6h4ocnh2n+1, c6h4c(o)oc6h4ocnh2n+1, c6h4oc(o)c6h4ocnh2n+1, c6h4-3,4,5-(ocnh2n+1)3, c6h4-3,4-(ocnh2n+1) 2); 3) especies dinucleares de cobre (cu(   -x)(cnr)2)2 (x=cl, br, i; r= c6h4c6h4ocnh2n+1, c6h4c(o)oc6h4ocnh2n+1, c6h4oc(o)c6h4ocnh2n+1, c6h4-3,4,5-(ocnh2n+1)3, c6h4-3,4-(ocnh2n+1) 2); 4) derivados cati\u00f3nicos de oro y plata (m(cnr)2)q(x = cl, br, i; r= c6h4-ocnh2n+1, c6h4c6h4ocnh2n+1, c6h4-3,4,5- (ocnh2n+1)3; q=no3, bf4).  la discusi\u00f3n de las variaciones encontradas en las propiedades mes\u00f3genas se ha realizado en funci\u00f3n del isocianuro, metal y ligando auxiliar ani\u00f3nico empleados, analizando los factores electr\u00f3nicos y estructurales que determinan la magnitud de las interacciones moleculares
