Teniendo en cuenta que las propiedades de estos materiales son dependientes del metodo de preparacion utilizado, se ha procedido al estudio del efecto de los distintos parametros de deposicion sobre las propiedades optoelectronicas, estructurales y morfologicas de muestras depositadas mediante un sistema de pulverizacion catodica de diodo plano y descarga luminiscente, en corriente alterna, tipo magnetron.
