Mar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se investiga la capacidad de acumulaci\u00f3n que presenta el liofilizado de bacteria pseudomona putida hacia diferentes metales pesados, optimizando para ello las condiciones experimentales de los diferentes procesos f\u00edsicos y qu\u00edmicos a los cuales se han sometido las muestras ensayadas. La retenci\u00f3n de metales por el liofilizado fue m\u00e1xima, alcanz\u00e1ndose porcentajes de retenci\u00f3n superiores al 80%, para valores de ph comprendidos entre 5,0 y 7,5 siendo el intercambio i\u00f3nico con los protones el mecanismo m\u00e1s probable responsable de la retenci\u00f3n. Para conocer la forma o especie qu\u00edmica, factor ligado a la toxicidad del metal, bajo la cual se encuentra la especie met\u00e1lica en disoluci\u00f3n se han realizado una serie de estudios electroqu\u00edmicos de los sistemas me(ii)\/me(0) en ausencia y presencia de liofilizado, llegando a la conclusi\u00f3n de que el metal en estado disuelto se encuentra preferentemente como acuoi\u00f3n o formando complejos muy l\u00e1biles con la m.O.D.
