Se han aplicado a se\u00f1ales electroencefalogr\u00e1ficas (eeg), donde se han alcanzado diferencias significativas entre los eeg correspondientes a sujetos de control y los eeg de enfermos epil\u00e9pticos y de alzheimer adem\u00e1s, se han procesado series temporales aleatorias generadas por sujetos de control y enfermos esquizofr\u00e9nicos, que constituye una nueva prueba en el estudio de la esquizofrenia. En este an\u00e1lisis hemos verificado la hip\u00f3tesis de partida sobre que los enfermos esquizofr\u00e9nicos no pueden generar series tan aleatorias como las personas normales: en definitiva, se han desarrollado nuevas formas de presentaci\u00f3n diagn\u00f3sticas mediante t\u00e9cnicas avanzadas de procesado de se\u00f1al, que sirvan de ayuda en la dif\u00edcil labor del diagn\u00f3stico
