Dolores <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se estudia el efecto de histamina, serotonina y sus antagonistas sobre el consumo de ox\u00edgeno de cerebro de rata \u00abin vitro\u00bb. El consumo de ox\u00edgeno se determina por t\u00e9cnica manom\u00e9trica de warburg. La histamina y la serotonina no modifican el consumo de ox\u00edgeno de homogeneizados de cerebro de rata \u00abin vitro\u00bb incubados en sacarosa tamponada a ph 7.4 con sustratos y cofactores.  la histamina a 10-8 y 10-7m incrementa inicialmente el consumo de ox\u00edgeno de cortes de cerebro de rata \u00abin vitro\u00bb, este efecto no aparece cuando el medio de incubaci\u00f3n contiene un exceso de potasio. La serotonina no modifica el consumo de ox\u00edgeno de cortes de cerebro de rata, pero en presencia de pizotifeno, metisergida y viloxacina a 10-6m incrementa el consumo de ox\u00edgeno en los primeros treinta minutos de incubaci\u00f3n.
