Luisa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n que se recoge en la presente memoria tiene como primer objetivo la optimizaci\u00f3n de un m\u00e9todo general de s\u00edntesis de 1,2-diariletilaminas \u00f3pticamente activas. Para la consecuci\u00f3n del mismo se ha abordado la reacci\u00f3n de adici\u00f3n nucle\u00f3fila de derivados de bencilmagnesio a iminas derivadas de aldeh\u00eddos arom\u00e1ticos y beta-aminoalcoholes quirales, evalu\u00e1ndose en una primera fase el auxiliar quiral m\u00e1s adecuado en base al control estereoqu\u00edmico ejercido y a la facilidad de su eliminaci\u00f3n posterior para acceder a las aminas primarias.  como segundo objetivo se han puesto a punto diversos procedimientos para la s\u00edntesis estereocontrolada de diversos alcaloides isoquinol\u00ednicos como tetrahidroisoquinolin-4-oles, isopavinanos y 3-ariltetrahidroisoquinolinas, desde las 1,2-diariletilaminas sintetizadas.  la preparaci\u00f3n estereoselectiva de tetrahidroisoquinolinas 4-hidroxiladas se ha llevado a cabo desde los 1,2-diariletilaminoalcoholes a trav\u00e9s de una secuencia n-metilaci\u00f3n-oxidaci\u00f3n de swern-ciclaci\u00f3n, o desde 1,2-diariletilaminas via sintones acet\u00e1licos. En ambos casos se han estudiado las condiciones mas adecuadas de ciclaci\u00f3n.  paralelamente, se han sintetizado tanto isopavinas naturales como no naturales por doble ciclaci\u00f3n \u00e1cido-catalizada de 1,2-diariletilaminoacetaldeh\u00eddo dietil acetales.  por \u00faltimo, se han llevado a cabo s\u00edntesis estereoselectivas de derivados 3-ariltetrahidroisoquinol\u00ednicos sustituidos o no en posici\u00f3n 1, poni\u00e9ndose a punto, en este \u00faltimo caso, dos metodolog\u00edas diastereodivergentes a fin de obtener selectivamente los derivados cis o trans disustiuidos.
