El estudio experimental de ambos compuestos, fundamentalmente por calorimetr\u00eda adiab\u00e1tica, ha permitido hacer una discusi\u00f3n m\u00e1s amplia respecto a la analog\u00eda en la secuencia de transiciones de fase que ambos posteriormente se aborda el estudio de compuestos de la familia abx3, con grupos org\u00e1nicos de tetrametilamonio (n(ch3)4 (tma)): (tma)cdcl3 y (tma)mnbr3. Se presenta un amplio an\u00e1lisis del comportamiento del calor espec\u00edfico alrededor de las temperaturas de transici\u00f3n.  finalmente, se dedica un amplio estudio al compuesto ferroel\u00e1stico k3na(seo4)2, perteneciente a la familia a3c(bx4)2.
