crisis de sentido de autoridad, porque la evoluci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica ha sido desproporcionadamente superior al progreso interior de los individuos y este desequilibrio acarrea mucha inseguridad y malestar humanos.  cuando una \u00abcultura\u00bb cambia demasiado deprisa se produce una crisis que s\u00f3lo se resuelve con la aportaci\u00f3n de ideas originales capaces de resolver los nuevos problemas que se presentan a un ritmo revolucionado.  los l\u00edderes son las personas id\u00f3neas para definir y cambiar la \u00abcultura\u00bb, consensuandolo con sus liderados.  como no puede darse lo que no se posee, nadie liderar\u00e1 a otros si, previamente, no es capaz de dirigirse a s\u00ed mismo, porque el liderazgo emana desde dentro hacia afuera y el lider d\u00e1 lo que le sobra.  tratamos de las causas de todo ello y, tambi\u00e9n, de sus posibles soluciones trazando el \u00abperfil del puesto\u00bb, del liderazgo, y el \u00abperfil del candidato\u00bb del lider, que
