La espectroscop\u00eda de infrarrojo es especialmente adecuada para estas prote\u00ednas de membrana.  en esta tesis se ha aplicado dicha t\u00e9cnica al estudio cuantitativo de varias prote\u00ednas; en concreto, se ha aplicado un m\u00e9todo basado en la descomposici\u00f3n y ajuste de la banda amida i original. El objetivo es doble: por un lado, se pretende mejorar el m\u00e9todo de cuantificaci\u00f3n y por otro, se estudian prote\u00ednas concretas, no s\u00f3lo para resolver problemas particulares (obtenci\u00f3n de mayor informaci\u00f3n estructural, papel de una subunidad concreta o interacci\u00f3n con membranas lip\u00eddicas), sino para poder ampliar la informaci\u00f3n obtenida al estudio
