Se plante\u00f3 el an\u00e1lisis de ambas regiones desde una doble perspectiva metodol\u00f3gica. Los ant\u00edgenos de clase i han sido analizados tanto por la t\u00e9cnica cl\u00e1sica de la serolog\u00eda como por inmunoprecipitaci\u00f3n selectiva con anticuerpos monoclonales y an\u00e1lisis electrofor\u00e9tico por isoelectroenfoque. La subregi\u00f3n de clase ii dr ha sido analizada a partir de amplificaci\u00f3n enzim\u00e1tica espec\u00edfica (pcr), an\u00e1lisis sscp y secuenciaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, los productos de esta regi\u00f3n han sido analizados por t\u00e9cnicas bioqu\u00edmicas en base a anticuerpos monoclonales. Tras el an\u00e1lisis de 607 sueros obtenidos de diversas fuentes e inmunizaciones dirigidas basadas en la tipificaci\u00f3n bioqu\u00edmica, se dispone ahora de una bater\u00eda de antisueros que permite tipificar ant\u00edgenos linfocitarios de clase i en ovino. En cuanto a la regi\u00f3n de clase ii, se han descrito 10 secuencias, 7 de las cuales han resultado ser nuevos alelos no descritos anteriormente. Adem\u00e1s, los resultados de este trabajo apoyan la recombinaci\u00f3n intrag\u00e9nica como factor de creaci\u00f3n de variabilidad. Se propone la organizaci\u00f3n gen\u00e9tica de estas dos regiones gen\u00f3micas seg\u00fan estos resultados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
