doctoral de <strong> Beatriz Odriozola Amenabar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La estrategia sint\u00e9tica descrita representa la \u00fanica alternativa viable para la preparaci\u00f3n de n-carboxi anhidridos, conceptualmente diferente al procedimiento cl\u00e1sico de leuchs, mediante la utilizaci\u00f3n de precursores beta-lact\u00e1micos.  la preparaci\u00f3n de los mencionados precursores se lleva a cabo mediante reacci\u00f3n de cicloadici\u00f3n de alcoxicetenas a iminas derivadas de aminasquirales, o bien, mediante refuncionalizaci\u00f3n de la posici\u00f3n c4 de una 4-formil-beta-lactama enantiom\u00e9ricamente pura.  los resultados obtenidos han permitido ilustrar el potencial del m\u00e9todo para la incorporaci\u00f3n de amino \u00e1cidos no proteinog\u00e9nicos a fragmentos pept\u00eddicos, sin necesidad de preparar previamente el amino \u00e1cido libre:  concretamente se incide en la obtenci\u00f3n de p\u00e9ptidos de diversas homoalaninas, terc-leucina y alfa-amino
