Por ensayos de fijacion de radioligandos, se ha determinado que el receptor muscarinico se localiza tanto en una poblacion como en otra de celulas. Por otra parte, la actividad oxidomitrico sintasa se localiza unicamente en la poblacion de celulas noradrenergicas, estimulos que provocan la secrecion de cateculaminas causan tambien una elevacion en el nivel de gmp ciclico, por un mecanismo en el que interviene el acido nitrico. Sin embargo, el gmp ciclico producido durante la estimulacion no modula directamente la secrecion de catecolaminas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
