Esta caracter\u00edstica impone una limitaci\u00f3n a la hora de elegir el modelo de referencia. Se han desarrollado tres controladores que dan una alternativa a este problema permitiendo la colocaci\u00f3n de polos y ceros en lazo cerrado en las posiciones preescritas por un modelo de fase m\u00ednima sin tener que transmitir los ceros inestables de la planta.  estos controladores incorporan un nuevo compensador en paralelo con la planta a los habituales precompensador y compensador de realimentaci\u00f3n. De esta manera se consigue que tanto en el numerador como en el denominador de la funci\u00f3n de transferencia en lazo cerrado aparezca una ecuaci\u00f3n diof\u00e1ntica las cuales permiten la colocaci\u00f3n simult\u00e1nea de los polos y ceros en lazo cerrado.  los prestaciones de los controladores propuestos se prueban mediante simulaciones num\u00e9ricas en condiciones tanto ideales como no ideales. Se estudia su robustez ante plantas mal modeladas y su comportamiento en control adaptativo cuando los par\u00e1metros de la planta son desconocidos. Asimismo, se estudia su rango de aplicabilidad y su estabilidad cuando la soluci\u00f3n de la ecuaci\u00f3n diof\u00e1ntica de colocaci\u00f3n de polos es inestable.  una vez desarrollado estos controladores, se aplican a controlar diversos sistemas como son los sistemas continuos con retardos puntuales previamente discretizados mediante modelos qarma, y los sistemas no lineales discretos
