Bego\u00f1a <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha estudiado de forma comparativa el efecto que ejercen la fosfolipasa c y la esfingomielinas sobre membranas modelo de composici\u00f3n definida. Los aspectos que se han tenido en consideraci\u00f3n son principalmente:  (1) la actividad enzim\u00e1tica y su modulaci\u00f3n por el tipo y organizaci\u00f3n del sustrato y (2) la funci\u00f3n que ambos enzimas exhiben en relaci\u00f3n con procesos de fusi\u00f3n.  respecto al primer punto, se han establecido algunos factores que pueden influir sobre la cin\u00e9tica interfacial.
