memoria experimental se centran en el dise\u00f1o de formas farmac\u00e9uticas orales de sulfato de salbutamol, m\u00e1s concretamente matrices lip\u00eddicas a base de gelucire, y el estudio de la influencia que pueden tener diferentes factores tecnol\u00f3gicos y biofarmac\u00e9uticos sobre la liberaci\u00f3n del principio activo.  la liberaci\u00f3n de sulfato de salbutamol a partir de las c\u00e1psulas elaboradas presenta grandes diferencias dependiendo del gelucire empleado, obteni\u00e9ndose formulaciones de liberaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida, intermedia y lenta.  el estudio de la influencia simult\u00e1nea del hlb y punto de fusi\u00f3n, ha permitido demostrar que a medida que se incrementa el punto de fusi\u00f3n y desciende el valor de hlb, se produce un descenso en el valor de la constante de velocidad de liberaci\u00f3n, lo que permite prolongar la liberaci\u00f3n del principio activo a partir de la forma de dosificaci\u00f3n.  al aumentar el tama\u00f1o de c\u00e1psula, y por lo tanto reducirse el porcentaje de principio activo con respecto a la cantidad total de matriz lip\u00eddica, se produce una ralentizaci\u00f3n de la liberaci\u00f3n de principio activo, debido a un descenso en la superficie de contacto entre el principio activo y el medio de disoluci\u00f3n.  el estudio de la influencia del ph sobre la liberaci\u00f3n del sulfato de salbutamol a partir de las c\u00e1psulas, no ha revelado la existencia de diferencias estad\u00edsticamente significativas sobre los par\u00e1metros que definen este proceso, k y td50.  por \u00faltimo, el envejecimiento puede producir alteraciones en los par\u00e1metros biofarmac\u00e9uticos de las c\u00e1psulas de sulfato de salbutamol; dichas alteraciones dependen del tipo de gelucire
