{"id":36156,"date":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/desarrollo-de-sorbentes-regenerables-basados-en-oxidos-metalicos-para-la-desulfuracion-de-gases-a-alta-temperatura-estudio-cinetico\/"},"modified":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"desarrollo-de-sorbentes-regenerables-basados-en-oxidos-metalicos-para-la-desulfuracion-de-gases-a-alta-temperatura-estudio-cinetico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ingenieria-y-tecnologia-quimicas\/desarrollo-de-sorbentes-regenerables-basados-en-oxidos-metalicos-para-la-desulfuracion-de-gases-a-alta-temperatura-estudio-cinetico\/","title":{"rendered":"Desarrollo de sorbentes regenerables basados en oxidos metalicos para la desulfuracion de gases a alta temperatura. estudio cinetico."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Garcia Bordeje Jos\u00e9 Enrique <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta memoria se estudia la desulfuraci\u00f3n en caliente de gases de procesos igcc mediante \u00f3xidos mixtos basados en el zno como las titanitas de zinc (zt) y las ferritas de cinc modif\u00edcadas con la adici\u00f3n de cuo (zfc) o tio2 (zft).  en la preparaci\u00f3n de los sorbentes se ha variado la estequiometria, el tama\u00f1o, la forma (particulado o extruido) y el m\u00e9todo de obtenci\u00f3n del sorbente (coprecipitaci\u00f3n, calcinaci\u00f3n a diversas temperaturas y adici\u00f3n de alcohol polivin\u00edlico o grafito para aumentar la porosidad).  los sorbentes preparados (frescos, sulfurados y regenerados) se han caracterizado por varias t\u00e9cnicas instrumentales avanzadas como adsorci\u00f3n de n2 a 77 k, porosimetr\u00eda de mercurio, microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica de barrido con an\u00e1lisis por rayos x (sem-edx), difracci\u00f3n de rayos x (xrd), espectroscop\u00eda fotoelectr\u00f3nica (xps) y espectroscop\u00edas infrarroja u raman por transformada de fourier (ftir, ft-raman). La estabilidad t\u00e9rmica de los sorbentes fue investigada mediante reducci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica programada (tpr).  en termobalanza se ha estudiado la cin\u00e9tica de los procesos de reducci\u00f3n y de sulfuraci\u00f3n de los diferentes sorbentes. El modelo de grano ha permitido el c\u00e1lculo de las constantes cin\u00e9ticas y de los coeficientes de difusi\u00f3n. Las constantes cin\u00e9ticas se han obtenido en unas condiciones experimentales en las que la velocidad de reacci\u00f3n est\u00e1 controlada por la reacci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica (part\u00edculas de tama\u00f1o &lt; 50   ). Por otro lado, los coeficientes de difusi\u00f3n se han calculado en condiciones en las que la cin\u00e9tica estaba controlada por la difusi\u00f3n intraparticular (extruidos de 2 mm).  en reactor de lecho fijo se han estudiado las variables de operaci\u00f3n del proceso de sulfuraci\u00f3n como la velocidad espacial, la temperatura y el tama\u00f1o del sorbente.  posteriormente se ha desarrollado
