Se ha realizado un estudio de las condiciones de preparaci\u00f3n y de la influencia de las diferentes variables que intervienen en dicho proceso, tanto en la velocidad de formaci\u00f3n del pol\u00edmero como en las propiedades anal\u00edticas del biosensor resultante. Se realiza una optimizaci\u00f3n de las condiciones de medida con los biosensores desarrollados para la determinaci\u00f3n de los sustratos en un sistema de inyecci\u00f3n en flujo, llev\u00e1ndose a cabo su caracterizaci\u00f3n anal\u00edtica. Para la mejora de las propiedades anal\u00edticas de estos biosensores, especialmente de su selectividad, se desarrollan una serie de configuraciones alternativas, consistentes en la preparaci\u00f3n de estructuras bicapa polipirrolenzima\/poli (o-fenilendiamina) mediante la electropolimerizaci\u00f3n secuencial de las pel\u00edculas polim\u00e9ricas, el co-entrampamiento de un mediador de transferencia de carga junto con el enzima en la pel\u00edcula de polipirrol, o el platinado electroqu\u00edmico de la superficie del electrodo previo a la electros\u00edntesis de la pel\u00edcula enzim\u00e1tica de polipirrol. Esta ultima configuraci\u00f3n ofrece interesantes ventajas en cuanto a la sensibilidad y estabilidad del biosensor, pero su selectividad es inferior a la que proporcionan otras configuraciones, por lo que se proponen dos dise\u00f1os alternativos para la mejora de la selectividad del biosensor platinado, consistentes en la coinmovilizaci\u00f3n de un mediador de transferencia de carga o el desarrollo de estructuras tricapa platino\/polipirrol-enzima\/ poli (o-fenilendiamina).
