{"id":36165,"date":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/hormonas-vasoactivas-en-la-diabetes-y-la-hipertension-arterial\/"},"modified":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"hormonas-vasoactivas-en-la-diabetes-y-la-hipertension-arterial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/hormonas-vasoactivas-en-la-diabetes-y-la-hipertension-arterial\/","title":{"rendered":"Hormonas vasoactivas en la diabetes y la hipertension arterial."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Carmen Gonzalez Perez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La hta, diabetes, dispemia, hiperuricemia y obesidad se asocian con mayor frecuencia de la esperada por el azar.  este s\u00edndrome caracterizado por la presencia de resistencia a los efectos de la insulina, favorece la morbimortalidad cardiovascular.  objetivos principales: 1.- Conocer si existen diferencias entre los diab\u00e9ticos hipertensos (dh), los diabeticos normotensos (b), los hipertensos no diabeticos (h), y los pacientes controles sin diabetes ni hipertensi\u00f3n (c) respecto a la presencia de factores de riesgo cardiovasculares, complicaciones y niveles de hormonas vasoactivas (catecolaminas en orina, actividad de renina plasm\u00e1tica y alosterona en plasma).  2.- Saber si existe relaci\u00f3n entre los niveles hormonales y el grado de control de la diabetes, las cifras de tensi\u00f3n arterial y los niveles lip\u00eddicos de cada grupo.  material y metodos: se recogi\u00f3 un total de 167 pacientes a los que se realiz\u00f3 la correspondiente historia, exploraci\u00f3n y pruebas complementarias. Se utiliz\u00f3 t\u00e9cnica cromatogr\u00e1fica para conocer la eliminaci\u00f3n urinaria de catecolaminas.
