Como materias primas se han elegido una mezcla no espec\u00edfica de caucho de neum\u00e1ticos de desecho y un carb]on de bajo rango procedente de una mina en activo de la cuenca minera de utrillas (teruel).  tambi\u00e9n se realiza el coprocesamiento catal\u00edtico de ambos materiales utilizando un catalizador sin valor comercial, red mud, subproducto de la industria de obtenci]on de aluminio.  se estudia la influencia de diversas variables de operaci]on: composici]on de la mezcla de alimentaci]on, temperatura, tiempo de reacci]on, tipo de atm]osfera empleada, tipo de reactor, la presi]on inicial de hidr]ogeno y la influencia del catalizador.  los productos obtenidos se caracterizan mediante diversas t\u00e9cnicas anal\u00edticas, prestando especial atenci]on al an\u00e1lisis de los aceites, productos de mayor valor a\u00f1adido, mediante cromatograf\u00eda en capa fina con detecci]on por ionizaci]on de llama (tlc-fid), espectroscop\u00eda de resonancia magn\u00e9tica nuclear (1h rmn), cromatograf\u00eda de gases unida a espectroscop\u00eda de masas (gc-ms) y an\u00e1lisis elemental. Los s]olidos se caracterizan por sus an\u00e1lisis elementales y propiedades texturales mediante adsorci]on de co2 y microscop\u00eda electr]onica de barrido (sem-edx). La composici]on de los gases se determina por cromatograf\u00eda.  el neum\u00e1tico muestra una gran reactividad en cualquiera de las condiciones experimentales trabajadas, siendo los aceites el producto mayoritario obtenido, los cuales poseen una naturaleza eminentemente arom\u00e1tica como consecuencia de los pol\u00edmeros utilizados en su manufactura. El s]olido recuperado es pr\u00e1cticamente el negro de carb]on original, al que se le a sumado la materia mineral empleada en la fabricaci]on de neum\u00e1tico.  los gases consisten fundamentalmente
