Se han analizado los requerimientos para factores de crecimiento de dicha linea asi como los niveles del protooncogen c-fos. Se ha encontrado, ademas que los altos niveles de calcio intracelular y la fosfolipasa a2 estan implicados en la ruta de transmision de se\u00f1ales activada en estas celulas.  este conjunto de datos
