Se ha observado que para obtener un modelo estable las muestras de calibraci\u00f3n deben prepararse aleatoriamente al menos en tres d\u00edas distintos. Asimismo, se ha puesto a punto un m\u00e9todo basado en el ajuste a una funci\u00f3n exponencial de las frecuencias del cuadrado de los residuales de las muestras de calibraci\u00f3n para la elecci\u00f3n del valor l\u00edmite en la detecci\u00f3n de muestras de predicci\u00f3n an\u00f3malas. Se ha utilizado una definici\u00f3n simple de la sensibilidad como criterio auxiliar para la selecci\u00f3n del mejor modelo ils y se ha demostrado que una adecuada selecci\u00f3n de longitudes de onda y el uso de un adecuado modo espectral pueden facilitar su transferencia de un instrumento a otro.  al comparar las capacidades predictivas de los distintos procedimientos de calibraci\u00f3n en un sistema desproporcionado, se ha encontrado que el ils permite resultados muy similares al pls.  finalmente se han aplicado estos procedimientos en el an\u00e1lisis de control de dos preparados farmac\u00e9uticos y los resultados encontrados muestran que el m\u00e9todo desarrollado para cada uno es una buena alternativa al hplc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
