El objetivo general de este estudio fue determinar la relaci\u00f3n existente entre la aplicaci\u00f3n de diferentes dosis de lodos de depuradora a un suelo de cantera y la diversidad y abundancia de la microbi\u00f3tica presente. Para las muestras se hizo la cuantificaci\u00f3n bacteriol\u00f3gica y f\u00fangica. Se realiz\u00f3 la identificaci\u00f3n de los g\u00e9neros de bacterias y especies de hongos, determinando su diversidad, actividad enzim\u00e1tica y analizando su capacidad para inhibir a los hematodos. En los resultados se observan diferencias entre las ufc\/g de bacterias y hongos en las dosis aplicadas, se observa una tendencia a disminuir la diversidad de especies de hongos a medida que se incrementan las dosis.
