Esta t\u00e9cnica se aplic\u00f3 al estudio de dos individuos con descendencia afectada de anomalias cromos\u00f3micas estructurales de novo, no siendo la frecuencia de anomalias cromos\u00f3micas en espermatozoide diferente de la observada en controles y no observando en ninguno de los dos casos, la presencia de mosaicismo germinal. En un caso de observ\u00f3 un incremento de anomalias en uno de los cromosomas implicados en la reorganizaci\u00f3n de novo presente en la descendencia de este individuo.
